• Materials: Made from walnut veneer and solid walnut.

• Dimensions: 18” Wide x 16” Deep x approx. 18” Tall

• Design Features: Single drawer with an under-shelf for added storage.

Total Project Price: $18,600 + tax (includes installation)

Terms & Payment Schedule

Design Fee

• A $2,000 design fee is required upfront. This fee covers:

  • Custom drawings

  • Site visits and measurements

  • Material samples

• This fee is non-refundable, but it will be credited toward the total project cost.

Deposit & Final Payment

• Once the design and details are finalized, a 50% deposit of the total project price will be required to begin work.

• The final balance will be due upon completion of the project.
